應(yīng)用范圍：無溶劑復(fù)合機、加溫射出成型模具控溫、押出成型、輥輪加溫、橡膠機械溫度控制
Application range : Injection mould temp. control, extrusion screw, barrels, rubber machine temp. control
計量輥、轉(zhuǎn)移鋼輥、輸膠溫度及用膠量共同決定了膠水的溫度。此溫度控制極為重要，它影響凃布的均勻性及膠水的流平性，影響到產(chǎn)品的復(fù)合品質(zhì)。
計量輥和轉(zhuǎn)移輥須選用傳熱性能好且熱膨脹系數(shù)較小的材質(zhì)，并且采用特殊流道，充分保證兩段溫差。同時重視對模溫機控溫的重要性，萬舉模溫機必須具備加溫快，過熱保護功能強且具有壓力異常保護功能。
